Our history
Founded in 2006, WAEBER AVOCATS was established through the partnership of Jean-Bernard Waeber and Christian Bruchez, recognised specialists in labour and insurance law, and François Membrez, an experienced litigation practitioner.
In 2011, the firm further strengthened its expertise in insurance law and civil liability with the arrival of Eric Maugué, followed in 2018 by Emilie Conti Morel. In 2026, Sarah Praplan, who specialises in labour and civil service law, also joined the partnership.
