Our firm was founded in 2006 by Jean-Bernard Waeber, François Membrez and Christian Bruchez, who were joined in 2011 by Eric Maugué. It now comprises six partners, five associates and two trainees, united under the name of WAEBER AVOCATS with offices in the heart of Geneva’s Old Town, just minutes away from the Law Courts.

Due to their widely-recognized expertise, they are often invited as lecturers or contributors to academic and professional training courses.
