Our Firm
Our firm was founded in 2006 by Jean-Bernard Waeber, François Membrez and Christian Bruchez, who were joined in 2011 by Eric Maugué. It now comprises six partners, five associates and two trainees, united under the name of WAEBER AVOCATS with offices in the heart of Geneva’s Old Town, just minutes away from the Law Courts.
Independent, with proven experience and dedicated to work of the highest quality, we are committed to offering specialised and personalised advice to all our clients, seeking the most appropriate solutions and promoting amicable dispute resolution whenever possible.
We advise our clients and offer them assistance before the courts and with the cantonal and federal administrative authorities. We also accompany and guide clients through cross-border and international legal issues.
What’s more, our lawyers are actively involved in the life of the city, in both institutional and associative sectors, and publish regularly in their respective areas of specialisation. Due to their widely-recognized expertise, they are often invited as lecturers or contributors to academic and professional training courses.
